GigaPop Date Center Development

Dallas-based Gigabit Fiber, in partnership with Lincoln Property Co. and Tradition Holdings, is developing GigaPop, a high-capacity, low-latency data center in Red Oak, Texas. This $1 billion, 800,000-square-foot facility will support cloud and AI data processing, with construction commencing in early 2025.
