Countdown to the 90th: The Texas Space Policy Summit

The 90th Texas Legislature convenes January 12, 2027. Where will space be on the agenda — and is your company ready?

Countdown to the 90th: The Texas Space Policy Summit, presented by the Texas Aerospace Partnership, brings the Texas space industry together with the lawmakers, regulators, and institutions shaping the state’s space economy — 62 days before the session gavels in.

Houston Mayor John Whitmire opens the day. Senator Dennis Paul joins our Legislative & Policy Panel, with more lawmakers and industry leaders announcing soon.

Your ticket includes:

• Morning keynotes: the state of the Texas space economy heading into the 90th session (9:00–11:30)

• Legislative & Policy Panel: what’s coming in January — priorities, appropriations, and how to engage (12:30–1:30)

• The regulatory landscape: state and federal rules, national security considerations, and what they mean for your business (1:30–2:30)

• Spotlight on Small Business & Funding: capital sources and programs for growing space companies (2:30–3:30)

• Your choice of breakout: Workforce & Education · National Security · Space Medicine & Mobility (3:30–4:30)

• Networking reception (4:30–5:30), plus lunch, coffee, and the attendee directory

Built for connections, not just content. At registration you’ll tell us who you’re hoping to meet — a lawmaker, an investor, an attorney, a customer — and we’ll help make the introduction, from curated intro suggestions to themed reception tables.

Early registration is $225 through October 16 ($275 after).

The 90th session starts in January. The relationships start November 12.
